Project Management

The Project Management (PM) team plays a crucial role in ensuring the timely delivery and expected quality of all Project and Retainer assignments. As a PM team member, you'll serve as a vital link between our internal staff and clients. Your responsibilities encompass ensuring work adheres to budgetary constraints, and you'll also handle reporting to The Head of Project Management, Client Services, and clients when necessary. Beyond providing exceptional client deliverables, the PM team is enthusiastic about refining processes in collaboration with our operations Director to enhance workplace efficiency. We firmly believe in continuous improvement and recognize the ongoing learning opportunities presented by the ever-evolving digital landscape.
