Quality Assurance Analyst
We're looking for an individual with a passion for technology and a keen eye for detail to join our Quality Assurance team as a Quality Assurance Analyst.

The Opportunity:
The Quality Assurance (QA) team plays a vital role in ensuring that our digital solutions adhere to the highest standards of functionality, usability, and excellence.
As a member of our QA team, you will be actively engaged in the entire life cycle of our projects, collaborating closely with developers, designers, project managers, and, most importantly, our valuable clients.

Our toolset includes Jira, Confluence, Diffy and Datadog Synthetics.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide early, valuable feedback.
- Create and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Estimate, prioritise, plan, and coordinate testing activities across assigned projects.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts in Datadog Synthetics.
- Identify, log and track defects within Jira.
- Perform thorough regression testing when defects are resolved as part of our QA workflow.
- Participate in project meetings and provide regular updates on testing progress.
- Identify and suggest improvements to optimise project workflows, enhance efficiency, and implement best practices.
About You (You don’t need to tick all the boxes to be considered, so please do still apply if you have most of what we’re looking for)
- Experience testing software, preferably in a digital agency environment.
- Experience working with content management systems such as Drupal or Umbraco.
- Strong knowledge of software testing principles and methodologies.
- Demonstrate experience or a willingness to learn test automation, using our teams chosen tool, Datadog Synthetics
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build trust with clients and colleagues, and convey complex concepts clearly and concisely.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and ability to adapt and be flexible to manage frequently changing project requirements.
- Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy, and demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges and find creative solutions.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, with a positive attitude, and an eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced digital environment.
- ISTQB Foundation certification (this isn’t a must-have, and we can create a training plan for the chosen applicant to achieve this if they don’t hold this already).
